The crystal clear Soča river flows through the Triglav National Park. The Soca River is a pearl among all European rivers, often considered to be the most beautiful river at all. Pure, blue-green, calm and wild waters are sought after by water-lovers from around the world. It originates at an altitude of 1050 meters, south of the Vršič Pass.
