🎧 ¡Hola, hermosa comunidad de #PowerTalent! 🎧
Con amor, desde lo más profundo de mi corazón @theshot2414 🎙️

🎧 Hello, beautiful community of #PowerTalent 🎧!
In this new meeting loaded with emotions and melodies, I present myself with my heart in my hands and a word that vibrates strong: THANK YOU.
Thanks to this community that always embraces us with art and sensitivity... and thanks, very specially, to our dear @angelica7, who every week gives us a phrase as a seed of inspiration. 🌱💌 Today that seed is powerful and comforting: “Music to heal”.
Doesn't it happen to you that there are songs that caress wounds? Do you notice that they whisper what the soul does not dare to say? Today I want to invite you to dive with me in this journey of sounds that heal, memories that vibrate and melodies that rebuild us. 🎵🫀
Because sometimes words are not needed... just a song at the right time. 🎙️❤️
From a very young age, music was not just a hobby in my life... it was a silent ally, a faithful companion. 🎹🎸
While other children ran through the streets or entertained themselves with toys, I found magic in the keys of the piano, in the taut strings of a guitar that, although often borrowed, seemed to speak in my ear. It was as if the notes had the ability to say everything that I, with words, did not know how to express.
I remember with nostalgia the 80's in my loved Venezuela 🇻🇪, warm land of orange sunsets and towns where music is heard from the windows and felt in the hearts. In those golden years, I was part of a choir at the Augusto Brant School of Music, a place I treasure in my memory.
📖 The school bears the name of maestro Augusto Brant, a virtuoso Venezuelan musician and composer whose work was a bridge between generations. His artistic legacy transcended the pentagram to become a symbol of passion and dedication to art. In that school, I was formally initiated in music. Every choral rehearsal, every class, was a celebration of the soul. It didn't matter if it was raining or hot; being there made me feel that anything was possible.
Although I don't play an instrument today, that stage remains alive in me 🌿
Like those songs that you haven't listened to for years, but when you hear them again they transport you to another time, that's how those memories live inside me: intact, luminous, sacred.
I carry that part of my history in my heart, like a pleasant corner to which I return when life presses... when the silence becomes too long. 🎶🧒💭
But not everything in life has smooth beats. Like many symphonies, my story had abrupt pauses, silences that hurt more than any dissonance. Very hard times hit my home. Economic circumstances took away many things... among them, my chance to continue on the path of music. 🎼💔
There were days when at home there was not enough food for the three basic dishes. Sometimes we would only eat once, and even then... we are grateful. 🥄
However, in the midst of that harsh and often hopeless scenario, God was good. He allowed me to find comfort in what I still had: a small miracle in the form of a radio recorder. 📻
My dad gave it to me. It was one of those cassette ones, with two little horns on the sides. It didn't sound very loud, but for me it was a sonorous cathedral. 🔊
A temple where I took refuge every day. There, between tapes rewound with a pencil and songs recorded from the radio, I discovered what it meant to heal through music.
I listened to the hits of the time: ballads, soft rock, boleros, Latin pop. Songs that spoke of love, hope, struggle... and I believed them all. Because I needed them all. 💽🎧
At 14 I was already working, while studying, to bring what I could home. It wasn't easy. Many times I would arrive exhausted. My body was asking for rest, and my soul for comfort.
But there she was... my radio recorder, waiting for me like an invisible embrace. 🌙
After a quick bath and without dinner many times, I would lie in bed, place the recorder close to the pillow, quietly so as not to wake anyone up, and let the music work its magic.
I would close my eyes... and cry. Not out of sadness, but out of relief. It was as if each song was telling me, “you're alive, Jorge... and you're going to be okay.” 🎵😢
I was thinking a lot about tomorrow. About how to build a better future. On how to get ahead without losing the essence.
And as the years went by, little by little... we made it. With effort. With discipline. With faith. And personally, with music as an ally and medicine.
Today, after so many roads traveled, I find myself in #Argentina, a country that opened its arms to me with nobility. 🇦🇷
Here I am, together with my family, fighting as always... dreaming as always. And the music is still with me, like that whisper that does not fade, like that loyal friend who does not need to speak to heal.
Because although the child of the Augusto Brant School no longer plays the piano, nor the guitar, nor sings in a choir, his soul is still in tune, still vibrating, still believing that, although life sometimes goes out of tune, there is always a melody that rescues us. 🎼🕊️
🎶 Because at the end of it all... there's always a song waiting for us on the other side of the pain. A melody that takes us by the hand and tells us: "here I am, to accompany you, to heal you, to help you dream again ” 🌙💖.
Music doesn't need permission to enter the soul... it simply arrives, knocks on the door of the heart, and stays to live there. 🫀🎼
Sometimes in the form of an old cassette, sometimes in the form of a memory, and sometimes... in the form of hope.
🎧 If you're going through a bad time today, don't silence your soul... play music to it. Let the notes do their job and rebuild you little by little, with love, with faith, with rhythm and with light. 🌈🕊️
Thank you for joining me in this story, for reading me with your soul and vibrating with me once again. 💌 If you felt, even one note of this symphony... let me know, I read you with love in the comments. 💬💙
With love, from the bottom of my heart @theshot2414 🎙️
