Hello dear friends of the Hive platform, my most sincere thanks to @mariannewest, for allowing us in just five minutes of free writing, to express what we think based on a simple daily phrase that you send to us, as well as to @latino.romano, for adapting it to your Spanish version and together to carry out such a beautiful project.

"Jorge the farmer"

Jorge was a very handsome boy who lived in the countryside, where he was only dedicated to work the land and milk the cows, however Jorge was always ready to collaborate wherever he was asked, his mother, a strong peasant woman who instilled values and principles that Jorge always kept in mind when serving in his town, Jorge never studied, his pencil was his shovel, his spade and his notebook was the cart where he transported everything that was harvested and consumed in his home.

It was his world, far from the city, a city he had never heard of and had never seen.

Time passed and his mother was getting sick, she was no longer the warrior who got up to work, one day his mother called him and told him Jorge go to the city and be someone in life but above all be a good citizen. His mother died and Jorge fulfilled his mother's will and left the town for the city and when he arrived he found a very beaten world, very devastated by man, he found a concrete jungle, where the rivers were the roads with their turbid waters due to the swaying of cars and the passing of people.

People that Jorge never came to understand, by their manners and attitudes that they transmitted, there he saw that the advice of his mother when he left "Be a good citizen" did not fit, since he was surrounded by people who lacked those good principles and values that his mother had instilled in him.

However, Jorge did not give up and as time went by, he adapted to the city, he did good without looking at who, race, creed or religion and made the world see the world in a better way, to all those people who at one time or another met Jorge the farmer. Today Jorge lives happily in the city, he got married and has two beautiful children and he only needed one good advice from his mother "Be a good citizen" to conquer the world and lay it at his feet.

"Jorge él Campesino"

Jorge era un chico muy apuesto que vivia en el campo, en donde solo se dedicaba, a labrar la tierra y ordeñar las vacas, sin embargo Jorge siempre estaba presto para colaborar en donde se le solicite, su madre, campesina recia que le inculco valores y principios enriquecidos y que Jorge los tenía siempre presente a la hora de servir en su pueblo, Jorge nunca estudio, su lapiz era su pala, su escardilla y su cuaderno era la carreta donde transportaba todo lo que cosechaban y consumian en su hogar.

Era su mundo, lejos de la ciudad, una ciudad de la cual nunca había escuchado y nunca había visto.

Pasa el tiempo y su madre fue enfermando, ya no era la guerrera que se levantaba a laborar, un día su madre lo llama y le dice Jorge vete a la ciudad se alguien en la vida pero eso sí por sobre todo sé un buen ciudadano. Su madre falléce y Jorge cúmple la voluntad de su madre y se marchó del pueblo a la ciudad y al llegar se encuentra con un mundo muy golpeado, muy desvastado por el hombre, se encuentra con una selva de ceménto, en dónde los rios eran las carreteras con sus aguas turbias por el vaiven de de los automóviles y por el pasar de la gente.

Gente que Jorge nunca llego a comprender, por sus modales y actitudes que transmitían, allí él obervar que el consejo de su madre al partir "Sé un buen ciudadano" no encajaba, ya que estaba rodeado de personas que carecían de esos buenos principios y valores que su madre le había inculdado.

Sin embargo Jorge no se rindío y con el pasar del tiempo, se fue adaptando a la ciudad, fue haciendo el bien sin mirar a quien, raza, credo o religíon e hizo ver al mundo de una mejor manera, a todas esas personas que en alguna oportunidad se toparon con Jorge el campesino. Hoy en día Jorge vive feliz en la ciudad, se caso tiene dos hermosos hijos y solo le vasto un buen consejo de mamá "Sé un buen ciudadano" para conquistar el mundo y posarlo ante sus pies.
