“It’s the self-fulfilling prophecy of madness. If someone tells you you’re crazy enough times, eventually it becomes true. It’s that old psychiatrist’s joke: insanity’s all in your head.”
― Madeleine Roux, Asylum
Confronted with increasingly weird news, where I had the feeling I was one of the few remaining sane people on this earth (even though my head is in the clouds most of the time) I had for some time already posed the question if this globe is the designated Insane Asylum in the Galactic Empire.
Noodling around on Nightcafe with AI generated surreal ideas, I ran across a template my friend Roger Ledergerber created, called 'Bruno's World' - and he dealt with the same idea. You can check him out on Instagram HERE.
So I decided I first create some characters I can eventually put into a video, since at the same time I had already composed a blues song on Suno.com ( my profile on Suno )
The Saxophonist
next one
The Pianoplayer
but he also plays the sax
Playing Guitar
And now
The Blues Singer with the Band
what I forgot to put into the video is
The Drummer
Check out the video
most of the characters make an appearance

As an Afterthought, I made another image of the band in a practice session at the Asylum.

Final Words of wisdom and a pet concern of mine, especially about art diplomas:
I had in years past come across quite a few 'fake diplomas' that pretend to be academic credentials. Next to 'Pay to Play Galleries' they are the scourge to be avoided. The summary of a paper about this spells it out
DEGREE MILLS - THE BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY
