I'm very happy your Mom got rid of them because from the way I see it they're not the right customers. It happens a lot in different parts of the world. Usually pay want to pay less for the same thing even if it's good work. I wish your mom the very best and hope that she finds customers that appreciate value of her work more than trying to get only a good price
