Prepárese para tratar con empleados si quiere un negocio / Prepare To Deal With Employees If You Want A Business [Esp-Eng]

I think those with a lot of business experience would agree with me when I say that employees can sometimes be very ungrateful and very deceptive.
There's a reason why I say this, don't get me wrong, employees are the very lifeline of your big business. Without employees you would not be able to operate a big business.
There are certainly bad business owners and CEOs that would not pay employees their salaries on time or create a better working environment for them but I'm not even talking about that situation.
I'm talking about the situation where a Boss or business owner would do everything good for the employees and at a moment when the business goes to so much pressure that it has no choice than to lay some workers off or fire them, those same employees now turn against the business that was paying their salary the whole time.
Have you ever witnessed a new employee in an interview before. Just take a good look at them when they first enter the company building and are getting interviewed.
They put on their best behavior, speak for well, dress very appropriately and make so many promises to HR and employers of how well they'll contribute to the success of the business but the minute they get employed by the company they start with the complaints about their pay, the workload on them and how late they close from work.
It's not the same enthusiasm they came to the company with. It's usually a First impression make over they put on to get the job.
A lot of employees sincerely do not care about the future of the business, but whether they're getting good pay.
Are you ready for that as an individual with hopes of building a business? It's no easy trip and you have to deal with it every single day.
I wouldn't want this to be a rant and complain blog but it's a way to let anyone that wants to start a business understand the reality of management and employee relationship.
Yes of course it's not exactly like this everywhere and there are businesses you look at and can tell that employees love the company as much as the owner does.
It's funny how an employee that was getting good pay and good treatment suddenly changes and starts saying bad things about the company the minute they get fired. They wouldn't have said that if they didn't get fired. I guess it's usually the pain and anxiety that comes with the thought that their lives may be ruined so I wouldn't blame them too much.
As a business person, how do you handle this type of pressure? You can't really do much about it in my opinion because regardless of what you do, they'll say what they want to say.
One famous guy said "Business is War" and I guess these are some of the bullets you'd receive during that Business War.
There are employees that you as a business owners would do everything you possibly can to make sure their salary at the end of the month is paid even if it means not paying yourself and the funny thing is that those very same people will be the ones to turn against you when something goes wrong or they had to drop out of the company because of moments of pressure.
You just have to endure that pain as a business owner and fight through it to make the business work. I'm not the first to say that business is a difficult thing to do and only a few make it big time. This is what those few successful people had to deal with.
