Si alguien me pregunta, ¿cuál es el principio más importante o lo que hay que hacer en el mundo de los negocios, la respuesta que siempre voy a dar es la siguiente;

English Translation

I've been writing a lot about Cryptocurrency on Hive and not that much about Entrepreneurship however I do have a fair amount of knowledge regarding this field.

If someone asks me, what's the most important principle or thing to do in the business world, the answer I'll always give is this;

Have deep knowledge about a business before you start it or before your invest in it. Yes it looks like a simple advice or very obvious thing to do but that I think is the biggest factor to so many startups failing.

I don't have an accurate fact about how many businesses get started every single year in the world but it's definitely thousands of businesses. However, most of those businesses fail in the span of two or three years.

I think two to three years of starting a business is enough time for the business or the business founder and his or her team to go through the worst experiences a business will bring.

Most startups fail because most of them are founded by people that are starting their very first business. These people usually start business without much experience and knowledge. They're driven almost entirely by the passion to show their product or service to the world or the desire to have the business succeed and make them rich or Wealthy.

They read a little about the kind of business they're starting and go ahead to start without getting more knowledge. Which is why they make the most mistakes that lead them to failure. That's just how the world works, if you fail to plan adequately, then automatically, you have planned to fail.

Planning and preparation before doing anything is very important, however the effectiveness of your plan is determined by how much knowledge you have gathered on what you're planning to do. In the end, knowledge about your business is the first thing you need.

Some say they're ready to start a business and all they need is capital. Yes without capital or investment money, it's going to be a serious struggle or practically next to impossible to start your business. However, I dare to say that before you look out for a capital for your business, make sure you've gained enough knowledge about the business otherwise your chances of losing the business along with the capital money is really really high.

I'm not talking about watching a couple of YouTube videos about your business or listening to a few advice from experienced veterans, I'm talking about very deep research about the field of business you're entering.

If we've got ten businesses in the same field or niche, let's say 10 people decide to start a baby oil production company, which business do you think will dominate the entire market?

It's not the business with the highest capital, no. It's not the business with the most passion to succeed in the market. It's not even the business with the most employees.

It's the business with the most knowledge about making the right and best baby oil and having good knowledge about how to advertise the oil the right way and also knowledge about how to effectively distribute the baby oil to the right customers, the right communities and even the right nation.

The business that has knowledge of where to get the best and most affordable raw materials to make their product and knowledge of how to turn those raw materials into the best product for the best price will be the business that dominates the market.

So yes in the end, knowledge beats every other thing. That's why if you have a passion to create a business regardless of the kind of business and whether you're offering a service or a product to your customers, knowledge is the most important thing.

Why do you think these huge thriving companies perform surveys? It's to gather the right information and have knowledge of how the business is thriving to enhance the business.

They seek to know the age group that likes their products most. For instance, Rolls Royce car manufacturing company for years, used to make their cars with their target customers being old rich man and women.

Usually old rich man and women have their personal chauffeurs or drivers. With the knowledge of who their target customers were, Rolls Royce company focused most of the luxury items and most of the exciting features of the car at the back seat of the car where the owners or buyers of rolls Royce usually seat.

Nowadays, Rolls Royce has become a statement piece of wealth for everyone and they have seen a dramatically shift in the group of people that buy their cars. It's no longer just old rich men and women, it's now successful young or middle aged singers, actors, athletes and business people.

Since their target customers are getting younger and with the knowledge that younger people like to drive their own cars, the company has focused on driving performance, a more sporty look and more luxury for the driver's seat and not just the backseat like in the past.

This is just a simple example of what it means to use knowledge more than anything in your business. You don't need more investors in your business, you need more knowledge about how to effectively run the business and the investors will eventually get attracted to the business and its potential for growth.
