Day 2 of no coffee.

I got an espresso machine a few years ago and learned how to pour a nice cup with a rich creamy top, and the frothed cream mixed at the end.

A latte, or something Italian sounding, I don't know what it was, but I liked it. Every day.

Espresso doesn't really have much caffeine in it, so I could drink 3 cups, or if it was a rainy day I might drink 5. Every day. Time for a break.

• This is day 2. No ill effects so far. Expected at least a little headache from caffeine withdrawals, but have been drinking LOTS of water for the last 48 hours.
