About the fat comment and Gab - another classic for the archive, that is.
About your diet - I am sorry you are having more health issues, related to also finances / costs - I remember you saying about the heart attack. I have been studying diets for ages - I know people have had a lot of successful with the carnivore diet for inflation problems - I have heard more people have success honestly with a true whole food plant based diet - I have seen this in real life to others, and with myself - this is a good entry point into it - the problem is, you have to really do the low fat / no salt part - now if you ever tried this, it takes time - and the first week or two, you most likely will not feel the best - but you will start to feel good. And of course that is an indicator of healing. -- If you make a Go FundMe, I will happily plug it to my viewers and stuff - I don't know how much it will help, but I will do that a 100% Of course, I know you are a private person and stuff, so it might be hard for you to do that.
This is one of the best I have seen on the plant based diet - because they have patients that had heal problems / including heart attacks and healed it in the video: https://rumble.com/v4u8nj0-forks-over-knives-documentary-2011.html
Here is also another documentary - but on the raw food diet, and reversing diabetes: https://rumble.com/venoa9-simply-raw-reversing-diabetes-in-30-days.html
What I think a true whole food plant based does - is gets only things in your body that your body is used to eating and the body does the work. Also, of course salt etc., and stuff like that -
But there is also something else going on. You could try this for a while, see how you go, and if you wish to add meat, you could do that a bit down the path. But I do find the diet, even if you do it for a few months and then give up, will at least show healing results.
Here is one example - I used to toss and turn at night. Wake up in the middle of the night. I recorded myself and then videoed what was happening - one month on a plant based diet - it all went away. A plant based diet, is no processed foods, just fruit and vegetable. I am mainly an advocate of this diet, because of the rice experiment - which most people say is woo-woo, but I done it myself. I think there is something else happening to be honest. Now, I have fallen off the wagon, and do alot / at least this month - sometimes I get pringles or eat wraps - like I have been doing this week. But when I am 100% I feel the best I have ever felt.
Let us know how it goes! And if you make a go-fund-me, let us know the link and I'll share it!
Thanks!
