It is good you point out the Operation Mockingbird tentacles in media. CNN is largely a spyops spewing CIA propaganda, and the world, and Americans in particular, should keep it in mind and that manipulation at arm's length.
In addition to the outrageous censorship Collin Rugg mentions, Germany has sought user data regarding a Gab user from Germany that called one politician fat. She is fat, btw. Gab apparently told them to kick rocks. Andrew Torba seems no less obdurate than Musk to me. However, a technique of sophisticated political organizations, of which Musk certainly is a component, being embedded in providing services via Spacex to such spook and military agencies that enables him to threaten Lula's access to private jet travel, in the wake of the US seizing Maduro's Dassault jet, is controlled opposition. Such opposition is designed to appear to champion an issue the official policy is opposed to, but 'damns with faint praise' the issue at hand. Musk could be such controlled opposition to censorship, and it is beyond my competence to adjudge the matter.
The bit on salt and sweat is valuable to me, because I am a sweater, and even in very cool weather sweat while working. I do eat omnivorously, so hopefully am getting the salt I need, while I have quit adding sugar to my foods for some months now, and neither salt my prepared meals, because I am aware there is plentiful sugar and salt in prepared foods. However, I am facing surgery and treatments for potentially fatal conditions that I cannot receive, for several reasons, including the heart attack I had in 2020, and lacking $200k for another treatment.
Diet is all I presently have to resolve these issues, so am hunting and foraging for wild foods, which I reckon avail nutrition for which I am evolved, and have acquired a breadmaker so I can avoid many of the additives in bread by making my own. Years ago I switched from white bread to heavily seeded bread, which I prefer, but just wasn't available on the wilderness island on which I was raised, so didn't grow up with. I am also learning to use lard, bacon grease, and butter to cook with, and learned how to make mayonnaise so I can reduce seed oils in my diet. While I live in dairy country, and dairy is a considerable portion of my diet, raw milk isn't available to me, so I still seek some source for milk in which beneficial components aren't broken down by heat treatment. I'll never get it from commercial dairies, and finding non-commercial sources for milk in dairy country is surprisingly unlikely. Matt Walsh apparently doesn't know he is riddled with E. coli and myriad other species of intestinal flora and fauna, and that these organisms are beneficial rather than pathogens. Our bodies are ecosystems, and microscopic spiders live on our faces eating sebum (as far as we know).
Those little creatures grazing on Pringles are probably the best nutritive component of the snack, TBH. 😝 Somewhere up the line I am confident Pringles are owned by BlackRock, et alia.
I want you to know this information is very - perhaps existentially - valuable to me.
Regarding the National Guard preparing to install Trump in Riker's Island, I will say this now: Trump did not kill himself. But, if he does, it's a fair do for Epstein.
Thanks!
