I never heard that about the Bosnia war before, although I don't know much about it - will have to look that up. I think if the temperament of the society is right though, then we can get most places peacefully. But need to be able to openly communicate with each other in order to build that between people- the worst thing out of the neoliberal, and what I think will be there downfall, is that they have "limited" speech rights within the group - means they will never be free.
