Article 13 and 11 become the law in EU, the final death blow to fair use

Recently the European Union passed its Orwellian Article 13 (17) and 11 into law. This is the death of free speech as well as the death of fair use across all European Union counties. Everything on the internet now has to go through a filter to check it for copyright content as well as a "link tax."
