Hey dear, Hivers! How have you all been? Was the week good for you? Anyway, I'll cut to the chase and tell you what happened last Wednesday, a day full of spontaneity.
It all happened when I bumped into a friend in a cafeteria. He mentioned that they would be going to Tigaon, Camarines Sur, where another classmate lives to drop off and pick up another one of his dogs for their surgery class. In a snap, I asked him if there was still a space in the car so I could join them. It all went well and hurriedly we all hopped in the car for a day full of adventure.
It only took us 30 minutes to travel time get there. We waited for about 20 minutes and then after, we went to Kuya Elmo's rest house in Iriga City to eat. He mentioned that it was the barangay's fiesta and that his grandfather was one of the barangay officials there.
Here's us eating after the quick road trip. They served us good food and desserts! So so good!
This is a screenshot from a video. Their house is surrounded by rice fields and cornfields. It is windy and the view is just so relaxing.
Screenshot from a video. Just look at that! I am just so amazed by their place because it is so huge. It can accommodate a lot of buildings if they wish to. The poles that you see here are used as the foundation to create a huge garage for their equipment.
After a while of chilling, Kuya Elmo asked us if we wanted to go to the mountains. Who would refuse that offer? That's another adventure! We went up to the mountains of Ocampo where the famous Hibiscus Camp is located. We didn't go to the camp, we just parked on the side of the road with a nice view.
Going up, there were a lot of sugarcane farms which I assume is the livelihood of the people there. There were also coffee shops and resorts along the way. What I like the most aside from the view is the cold breeze. Feels like we were going up to Tagaytay!

After a while of taking photos and appreciating the mountain view, we went home to get ready for our next adventure.
I took a rest for a while and after an hour, we went to our friend's house to pick up their dog for a surgical procedure. I didn't get to take photos anymore because it just happened so quickly. What didn't go well as I sat on a wet chair. Hahahaha.
For our last adventure that day, we went to a coffee shop with our other friends to study for our quizzes and to do activities.
All in all, that day was tiring for me but it was also very fulfilling. I'd love to have a day again full of spontaneity.
