Can do both. There are people who have built domain front ends to their Hive sites, it makes for a very decent CMS.

This is a prebuilt solution based on an older version of the Hive.blog, like my own STEMGeeks.net, which I didn’t build.

So far only LeoFiance has built their own which costs tens of thousands of dollars.

But for me the “bet” is Hive will meet and then exceed the Steem ATH.

Steem’s all time high was a fluke. A perfect storm of events never to likely happen again.

First Upbit listed Steem and SBD which opened the market to Korean investors. They then bought SBD out of speculation but this token is supposed to be pegged at $1 and all the buy pressure started to raise the price. Witnesses had some tools to maintain the peg but they were largely ineffective and only helped the price in one direction.

This buy pressure started to snowball and create fomo which skyrocketed SBD from its $1 peg which unavoidably carried over to the STEEM token as well.

At the time there was very little SBD in existence creating even more fomo and justification for this activity.

These are the main reasons Steem took off. These events will never happen again and HBD has a lot of stabilization pressure by the HBD stabilization project, although I still believe it can go a lot higher than $1 it will have a much harder time taking off like it did before. This would likely move any upward pressure to Hive instead. If HBD does take off, the stabilizer can take advantage of it to bring profit to the DHF and potentially stake holders.
