I grew up playing the original Vampire The Masquerade -Bloodline game. I don't remember a lot about the game, but I do remember it was a lot of fun and had a really cool story. It's been so long since I played, I don't remember the details all too well.
I do remember you had vampire clans you chose to side with which gave you different abilities. Looking at the website for the new Bloodlines 2 I can see that will still be a thing. Which clan you chose not only unlocks certain abilities but it also drives the story and who will help you through the storyline.
The game initially didn't do all that well, selling less than 100,000 copies initially. I guess it is sort of like Firefly, it isn't really mainstream but the ones who like it, really like it.

The video is pretty short, but you can get a rough idea of what the game looks like. The release date is some likely going to be around March 2020, though the trailer says Q1 2020.
