Cats or should I call them anti-depressant. Not just cats but all types of pets are the reason of many people that make them look forward to the next day in their life.
Cats are an exception because they're the type of pets that make you fall in love with them by showing you attitude and ruling over you.
So yeah, its good to have a pet, more specifically its good to have a cat.
