ancona harbor ....ancona being where we have settled for the next year or two
in the mornings (at least 5 times a week) we ride our bicycles down to the harbour and out the other side into the old town...
and right through the town to posetta pictured below ... the arrow indicates where we park our bicycles and walk down to the sea for a swim.
the trip one way is about half an hours cycle, we do about fifteen minutes swim and then head back to our bicycles and we head home to start the day.
some evenings we go down to the harbour .... again using our trusty cycles... and have a coffee or glass of wine and just enjoy the ambience.
ancona is interesting from the point of view that where we swim we watch the sun rise.... and just three kilometers away one can watch the sunset in the evening.
