Thank you for a complete answer .... so if someone plays the notes 'mechanically' it will make the right sound but without 'character'...or 'flow'...I do understand what you mean. I have that with guitarists and bands ... to me some bands (like for me Iron Maiden) are technically good but their music has no soul. Could be the same with pianists I imagine
