I decided to dedicate todays music slot to those oversized musicians who have improved my quality of life over the past 50 years or so ... and to share some pics of my first attempt at a home made pizza oven and the pizza it produced.
We start with Demis Roussos .... a piffle song actually but at the time I was a lonely 14 year old kid who had lost his mom the year before ... and this song resonated with me

So, overall a fair start ... but some major flaws. I need to lower the top and get better airflow from the front. The temperature inside the 'oven' was not hot enough as the top slab did not heat up sufficiently

Verdict .... epic fail!! I shall rebuild and make sure there are less gaps for heat to escape, lower the upper slab and retry with freshly made pizza base
The next large muso I wish to share is a mega talent from the late 70's and early 80's... Michael Lee Aday. WHO??? Oh, of course you will all know him by his stage name ...MEATLOAF
