Having started to post here on Hive and doing more curation lately, I have felt myself awakening from an 'unconscious' stupor which crept up on me during this so called 'pandemic'. Lack of direction... lack of general enthusiasm for life, neglecting to exercise, stopped my Italian lessons and even stopped reading for a while.

Forcing myself to do a music post a day for a week started the revival as I found myself excited about blogging again... and of course the music lifted my spirits... which gave me a brighter outlook...and led me to reassessing where I am at... a sort of 'look in the mirror' if you like!!
As a result I told my better half that I am 'going back to work'.

I sat down and listed what was necessary for me to feel comfortable in my skin. A list of one off things that need to get done and finally a list of what I wish to achieve in the next 12 months. I then drew up a daily schedule for four days a week... the 5th day being for 'one off' stuff outside the home such as renewing car licenses ... library book day etc.
My day started at 06h00 and I have stuck to the schedule so far ... including my first run (jog/walk) in a year, a light weight workout and half an hours stretching. 90 minutes Italian lessons and an hours household chores followed. My schedule includes three hours on Hive, 2 hours curation and of course my daily 'music fix'
So in broad strokes my goals are now to once again focus on my health and fitness, engage more with the Hive community and finally start and make progress on my Blockchain ideas, something I have been avoiding this year
