I'm not going to pretend like everything is doing fine, when it's not. Unfortunately, after I had my medical episode a couple of months ago, I have also 2 more colleagues resigned.
I wanted to go back to "normal" very badly, but my body isn't strong as it used to be. I used to hold pee for hours, but now if I got the feeling of going, I better be going or the next few minutes, I will feel a warm urine bath dripping down my pants. Same goes with number two. It's never too early to go.
The bosses are not cutting me any slack despite of my condition. So now, with the additional work due to colleagues resignation, I'm not only expected to performh usual duty, but also taking care of my resign|d colleagues work. I fully understand that's how we should play as a team, but the team is getting smaller by the day. Smrtimes am ready wondering if I should continue to the part of the team.
These days, I spent longer time during lunch. I feel the need for sitting down and have some coffee to ease the pain. I used to go to pub for beers, but that part of me totally changed. I can't say hate, but after I have stopped characters, beer asge different for me and I'm NOT enjoying drinking no more.
Poke bowl is yet another new favorite lunch for me. My blood pressure weren't coming down regardless. Now that I'm in the dilemma, either I work harder soy blood flow increase, but it possses the risk of getting another stroke or heart attack before I can see the results of hard labor workout. Or, I will continue with my weekend walk(nowadays I can hardly have time for evening walk since my work schedule has been monitored by the bosses), but l am already doing it, and my hypertension isn't improving any.
This was taken the other day at the restaurant, I was waiting at the shop for my client. Towards the last minute client text me stattng he wasn't able to come and meet. So I decided to silent the damn phone, enjoying my toast bread the coffee in the afteroon.
