I did find where the purchase attempt was started by the creativeworkhour account, but doesn't look like the transaction was ever made. I can't see where there was any HBD sent. This search did reveal

We have a bug report system with our chat support agent, Harmony, that is preferred to be used so it can properly try and log the issues. I would love to know a bit more detail about what you are encountering
