I need another account on Hive for testing purposes and decided to try your account creation tool on INJI for the first time. I went through the initial steps, sent the HIVE, and a popup appeared with a countdown timer on it. Before the timer reached zero, I moved my laptop and the popup inadvertently closed. Prematurely closing the popup must have aborted the process (?), as an hour-and-a-half has passed and the account is not yet created. Would you please refund my HIVE so I can try again?
