There are quite a few books that have been published for coin collecting (numismatics) if you are interested in collecting what is called "Constitutional Silver" (issued by countries under authority of their Constitution or Monarchy). There are also quite a number of websites that are dedicated to such as well, such as Numista.com and others.
Besides "coins" (that have a denomination stamped on them and can be used as legal tender), there are also "rounds" (minted by private mints, with no status as legal tender and no denomination on them). Rounds can be produced with any design that is the whim of the mint: dragons, mermaids, priate ships, skulls, gods & goddesses, etc. So, you just have to decide what it is that you wish to collect! If you scan the posts with the #silvergoldstackers, you can see the variety of things SGS members collect. 🙂
I can invite you to the SGS community Discord, if you wish!
