Oh no! @ubani1! You left the reader hanging! Such a good buildup. The reader likes Ories and cares about him. The reader worries about the children's folly in going into the cabin. As Ories follows his sister, readers know something bad is likely to happen. But so many threads here are left unfinished. What happened to the sister, who read the sorcer's book? What happened to Ories, who was left behind?
Perhaps you will rethink this end and give the reader greater satisfaction in a story that is quite interesting.
