Well, you have spun quite a story here. We understand that spite drove Barboda to kidnap the princess, but that he also found her charming. Your details are excellent. You do complete a strong story arc.

It is a little bit unbelievable that in four days the princess would change her mind so dramatically, and that in a few months the king would become aware of his own cruelty. Still, it's a story, and it takes place in a fantasy land so such fantastic developments are more acceptable.
