This is a clever story, @fantom22. It seems equally possible that Dennis will win the bet, and that he will lose the bet. He is very determined, but there are too many barriers to success. It's a nice twist when he learns from Susan that the very charms he is trying to use to win her love are some of the barriers preventing him from winning her.
