What a great title! One essential element was missing from this lovely garden, and in your story the protagonist finds a way to fill that gap. You create a valid story arc. You describe the setting, the motivation of the character and a credible path toward resolution. We are happy, in the end, that the husband understands what truly will make his wife happy.
