This story addresses the prompt cleverly. The mistake you made is quite common and understandable. We all like a good buy, especially if the salesperson is a friend. We feel we can trust that material.

Your piece is well organized--beginning, middle and resolution. All in all a relatable piece. You might think in the future about editing a little more carefully. A few misspellings mar the overall effect.
