It was 5th September today and it is celebrated as Teachers Day in India since 1962 in honour of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan , the man who is known for his remarkable approach for promoting education.
Today everyone in the country posted something about teachers , we put status on WhatsApp etc etc. I am also doing no great by writing this blog but still i am sharing what my mind is thinking right now.
Though this day is remembered as teacher day in India but we should not keep us limited to one day for respecting our teachers.
If we can't respect them everyday atleast we should try to not disrespect them anyday. we should always remember what our teachers have done to us.
When we are in the kindergarten they take care of us like parents and they also teach us the basics of different languages that is very important for the rest of our life.
We greet our teachers by wishing then everytime we meet them , sometimes we give them flowers , etc.
If you have ever had a bond like friends with teacher you will know the real value of them. You enjoy spending time with teachers if you make them your friends.
So let us all make a promise to ourself that we will not hurt our teachers and that we will always respect them irrespective of what day it is.
