I have dedicated this post today especially to teachers. Because in our journey of life, we always try to teach our students good behavior. We teach children politeness from the family and send them to school for higher education.
After going to school, students try to master all the content from the teacher. Especially students learn behavior, how to respect people and gain knowledge from the teacher.
A teacher is called the craftsman of nation building. A teacher can make a small student very big and highly educated. But of course that teacher must teach the students politely and beautifully.
The teacher will enter the classroom and make it a habit to stand and greet the students. Not only the teacher, the teacher must explain this matter of respecting the elders and loving the younger ones to the students with knowledge.
When the teacher enters the classroom, he will talk to everyone in a calm mood. Sometimes the students may misbehave but the teacher will never be fierce and will not show anger. Rather, he will behave nicely with the students.
We should remember one thing. Flowers can be made to grow on stones. But not by force. Rather, it is possible to make flowers grow on stones with love. We can never do good to our restless students by disciplining them excessively. In that case, teachers must be tolerant and develop the habit of behaving well with the students.
There are many teachers who are very bad-tempered. If students commit any crime by mistake, teachers never forgive. Who are you to make a big deal out of their small issues and punish them.
There are many teachers who do not show love for students. Rather, they show a fierce temper and behave badly with students. If a student does something forbidden by the teacher in the classroom, the teacher punishes him and says insulting things about that education in front of everyone.
Basically, this is never expected by parents. Although I am a student, I still see these things very badly. Because teachers are the masters of making people. It is never possible to expect that everyone's behavior will be calm. Some students will misbehave and they have to be brought back to the right path with love.
One thing to keep in mind, it is never possible to get a calm student out of a fierce teacher. So let us, who are teachers, behave nicely with students. We should never hurt their tender hearts and keep this matter in mind. May all teachers behave well with students in a calm manner and bless the lives of all students.
