Quick breakdown. What I suggest if not already done.
Growth relies on two things, Investment and time. Time is also an investment. You can play with no investment.
Buy one pack of cards for 2 HIVE (or a 12 pack for 20 and get an extra card. Buying a 20 pack will put your fans over 1000 and Ego will begin.) (Ego is your game enemy)
Depending on how much time you will put to the game = how much energy you need. Your energy recovers 1 every 5 minutes.
Additional energy is got through pizza, Ignore Coffee cups unless you have the spare change.
Pizza Slice's replenish every 24 hours. A timer begins once you use the pizza slice.
A pizza box stores pizza you get from mission drops. No box or all full boxes means the Pizza drop will be used immediate. Even if your energy is at 80%.
For the average user starting with ambition to keep going, 2-4 Pizza slices is suggested to keep enough energy and 2 pizza boxes. IF you find yourself always running out of energy. More pizza slices.

The game is divided by stats. Fans Luck and Skill have gameplay use. Income Moderator is a spanner yet to be implemented.
The more fans you have the greater the ego you gain from missions. Ego= Permanent fans You have to have Skill to overcome. Your Skill level should always be higher than your total Fans. Total fans is fans from cards, fans from drunks and fans from ego.
If your total fans rises above the level of skill you have. Your ego starts working against you and your rewards for missions reduces. Once you are gaining ego. The total amount of luck you have from all cards is used to calculate ego. You will also need to do music lessons. Music lessons grow your skill without adding to your fans ego level or give rewards.
The luck from a specific genre of instrument, Like all Guitar, All orchestra. All drums. All of any genre go to make up the Skill you get from doing a lesson.
At some point choose a genre to concentrate on for your instrument, The instruments you get that are not of that genre you can sell to get the ones you want.
This should give you a idea and a decent start to the game no matter the direction you decide to take with it. and at a little very minimal cost.

If you need or want any cards, Tag me somewhere in a post. I have many I trade cheaper then others.
