sketch-1549711956971.pngThis week has been a fantastic reminder of who and what I am. Why I'm here and what I want to do. I waited for 13 years to hear new music from one of my favorite musicians and the wait was well worth it.

But there are a few songs that I can't listen to parts of, even at the lowest volumes, because of the pitches and sounds used. They trigger my pain.

13 years I waited for this and I can't enjoy it's entirety.

But what I have been able to listen to, has been on repeat either literally or in my mind. The new Tool album connects to my soul. As I expected. I was not expecting for them to beat Taylor from the Billboard charts (I was actually amused by this & I never care about that stuff), but Maynard never surprises me with his talent.

Through my week of listening to such an inspiring album, I decided to push my limits beyond comfort and go for not one, but two full shifts this week. Which is a huge accomplishment for me and I am paying for it physically at night time and today now.

I also tried my hand at Freelance writing again. What a stress that was. But I completed my task and am not sure if I will be wanting to do more. I made time to work on my projects with my Soul Sister and I started the core of something larger. My house is SOMEWHAT clean and my cats are happy. Kids coming over for the weekend and it will be a girls night Saturday night and family day at a farm on Sunday.

I am exhausted and broken, but inspired.

Good things are coming and today isn't so bad if I think of it right :)

Happy Friday everyone!

Be kind to your mind and everyone else's.

Positive thoughts,

-Kristen Sparkle
