Brawlhalla is a Super Smash Bros type of game with the object of killing/knocking as many of the others off as you can. This will increase your point score, something that can easily be taken away if you're not careful!
I have been playing numerous hours each night, finally getting 5400 coins to unlock Artemis as my first unlocked legend who will be played quite a bit, until I unlock another character anyway.
You have four different stats: Attack, Defence, Dexterity, Health, all of which can have a slight boost to one stat through a stance, while another stat gets a slight debuff. Next you have your two different weapons of a variety across characters with some having the same as one weapon, while the other is the same as others, well similar but different effects/attacks with it.
SPAM! That's right and not the edible spam either. Online you will find some people just spamming the same move after waiting for someone to get closer, or to be lower on health and spam it to get kills. I try to not overdo it myself by changing up attacks, but it is there, quite a bit.
It takes a while to get the coins for someone new, at least for the 5400 coins people, but the first is easier with the profile level up rewards, along with daily quests.
Not much else is bad, I am quite liking the game!
Using op characters while you're still not the best, it helps to get wins. So is unlocking the first character and really enjoying their style of play, their look and more. Overall the game is fun and you can get hours of enjoyment not just by yourself and playing online, but playing with friends or viewers on your stream etc.
Test it out yourself if you enjoy the gameplay in the video as on Steam, it is free to play. You will be able to practice and get better while deciding whether or not you would want to keep playing as well.
