Hola Hive Community! Hola Hive Food Buddies! Another day, another recipe :)
My favorite dessert is a mango float. Why? It's simple to make, only requires four ingredients, and it's delicious! Mango floats are a popular dessert in the Philippines, where we grow some of the sweetest and tastiest ripe mangoes in the world. Each ingredient's flavors complement each other perfectly. Even when there are no special occasions, I make it because I love the flavor. It's also my go-to comfort food. I usually make this dessert at our house because everyone raves about how delicious it is.

Put the chilled Nestle all-purpose cream in a mixing bowl.
Then add the chilled sweetened condensed milk.
Mix it.
To thoroughly mix it, I use our mixer to ensure that all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Peel the ripe mangoes and thinly slice them.
This is my own version; to make it more flavorful, I gradually add a small portion of sliced mangoes to the mixture earlier.
Assemble the mixture, sliced mangoes, and grahams in a flat container.
Place a layer of grahams in the container first.
Then gradually add the mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly to create an even layer.
Place the sliced mangoes on top.
Repeat the process until you have three layers, or as many as you want.
After you've completed all of the layers, wrap up the mango float by sprinkling it with crushed graham crackers or you can also put mangoes. Let it chill in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
Enjoy the mango float!
I made a lot of mango floats that day because it was my birthday, and I made a small one for myself to try because I couldn't wait to eat it for dinner. Hahaha. Overall, the mango float is delicious and creamy! The best! โค๏ธ
