It pays to be a rat in Iran
A news report is circling that says Iran is paying people bounties to out illegal bitcoin mining operations.

The bounty is said to be 20% of whatever is recovered from the miners.
It appears it's not illegal there to mine bitcoin, you must just register as a mining business to do so and follow applicable mining regulations.
I guess sometimes it does pay to be a rat.
