Bank of America seeing outages across the US

Bank of America has been experiencing outages the past few days, just about all across the United States.

I guess they should have used Bitcoin!

For the last 6 years bitcoin has experienced 100% up time.

No outages whatsoever.

Since inception, bitcoin has been running 99.98% of the time.

I am not sure why it's not 100%, but that is what I read.
