I want to wish my American brothers and sisters a heartfelt, straightforward happy 4th of July.
It is my fervent dream that all Americans would put aside their differences and come together in celebration of all the great things that the good ol’ USA stands for: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness being among these values.
In a time when one’s freedom of speech and right to peaceful assembly is being challenged, it scares me that many are willing to forgo these rights just so they don’t have to listen to words that interfere with their own prerogative. Fuck that!!! Be audacious! Speak your mind! Accept that people out there will disagree with you and try to fully understand why — rather than punching them in the nose.
Instead of getting angry, I would suggest buying gold, silver and bitcoin in protest. Afterall, the politicians are not going to save you! Don’t like trans-men stealing athletic awards from hardworking female athletes? Stack a few ounces of silver! Don’t like the fact that many are calling for open borders AND free universal Medicare for anyone who makes it across the border? Then buy some gold! (You’re gonna’ need it...) And if you think the President is a Russian spy (lofl) or indeed, a devout patriot, then deffo buy some bitcoin — that shit doesn’t care who’s holding it!
Be smart. Be safe. Stack sound money and don’t be a wanker!
