Good morning guys, it's not diet time, I know .. but I would still like to introduce the Myfitnesspal application.
I have named the application in THIS my old article, so I decided to go deeper in the explenation of MFP.
MyFitnessPal is a food diary that will help you keep track of your calories and maintain good physical fitness.
In the OFFICIAL SITE you find both the web version and the Mobile version (ios and Android). I personally use only the mobile version ... always at hand and much easier to use.
The application is not complicated in itself, but you have to get used to it at the beginning.
First, once you have access, we have to set our goals, which you find in the drop down menu.
Choose whether to follow the guide's directions or decide ourselves our goals and macronutrients; I personally do it myself.
Once I've decided on the goals, the Kcal and their macronutrients ("How i know it?" -you would ask me..- . Well, you can always find it in my old article HERE) we just have to start our path in tracking what we eat.
In the "Diary" menu you will find your day with your meals to add.
By clicking "+" to add a food, you will open a search page where you will be putting what you eat and the corresponding amount.
Even rather than inserting your food with the keyboard, you can easily scan the bar code!
Once you have entered your food, in the Diary menu, you will find your day with the remaining kcal and taken up to now.
Below the "Nutrition" menu, you will find all the useful analysis and statistics about your diet: daily average, charts, weekly goals and more!
Hoping that even this application will help you reach your goals in the food / physical field, I wish you good luck!
