I am grateful for
the chipmunk's higher brain function over mice. At least I hope that's why they are smart enough to stay out of my house!
I don't want to get into a turf war
with rodents, although this little gal? guy? has zero problem hanging out at my front door looking for opportunities. I don't know why he thinks he'll find food there but it's part of the rounds of the property he makes.
They are super fast runners too!
I can't believe they are afraid of me, they must have an inkling I'm not that quick lol. I suppose maybe they just don't want to be surprised one day!
