By the end of this, you ought to feel one of two things. Either I have a strong grip on reality, or she’s got me. I might be full of myself; change doesn’t happen like in the movies. The scene is set.

In the rain, I hear the sounds I did before I left. The soft breath of wind, let out in reminiscence felt like mine. What am I doing? A car hums by louder, then softer as it returns home. I wanted to go home the entire time, but I was with the boys. Somehow the choice to see college roommates led to my decision to ask a bottle girl for more champagne. Eyes closed; the rhythm took me away. Melodies caressed my body, percussion resonated in my chest. Mouth dry, bubbly kissed my lips, the wish some wanted of others tonight. Open, lights of all colors greeted. Ladies on shoulders appear at an amazing rate. One or two have their phones out, making this moment permanent, like the devices themselves, unlike our lives. Vibrations deep enough the sky might fall. Nights like this I wish, stories weren’t so hard to tell.

How to Write With Style helped. Now where's How to Earn With Ease?

“Where do you begin with,” the question comes out as a sigh. Choices like this one, to photograph and write classically lead to hard truths. The assassination of a nation’s president makes a grim image. Perspective has many views. Her people’s sentiment varies. The despot got his, and a world power sows discord to plant upheaval, raise crops of puppet leaders. The youth might not listen to the best soundtracks. The right orchestra plays like you tether into museums, foxtrot past evening gowns. I want the game shaken, not stirred.

His older brother didn’t attend, aware of what awaited them. So, he accompanied his mother and sister back home, the nation our mother hailed from. From the moment he touched down, hands reached out. Everyone needs money. Work as a cryptonomist photographer makes a man very modest.

Parker warned me getting paper for pictures wasn't easy.

On more than one occasion his stocky build, fortified from football, played its part. One man approached his older sister on three separate occasions. All about the Caribbean country, everyone hustles, even if they’re standing still. Drivers offer to taxi. Kids hold their hands out or shine shoes. The miniplane pilot we tipped almost cried at what we gave him. The younger brother had one thing he didn’t want to do, despite his mother’s insistence. If you give a mouse a cookie, you’re a good person, no doubt. But the inverse relationship of good deeds crumbles cookies. And our mother hates mice. Her country’s people, she had no qualm about giving alms. Mother’s altruism could only help so many; she burst into tears as more hands came forward than she could help. The younger brother, aware this might happen used a sport technique as he grabbed a man who shoved to get an envelope of money and wheeled our mother back to the vehicle to depart.

Forgetting the story of your people, why your mother can’t retire where she grew up reminds me. You cannot run from your shadow. Day and night, its behind you even if it hides in the dark. Eyes closed, the native tongue speaks to me, I hear my estranged grandmother. My uncle, he plans to retire and appreciates respect. He speaks, I hear him. We fight, raise our arms, and stand behind our barricades to defend our story to the end. It may not pay much, but it pays forward.
