Sorry, but as a German I won't be part of any project that enforces copyright. Germany has historically thrived on ignoring the copyright even though thats forgotten by most Germans by now.

It is not like I do want to turn a blind eye to people selling something as their own that is not theirs, but I think it is up to the readers to check if they suspect plagiarism. A bot will do more harm then good especially looking at how little users we have, no reason for automation imo.

On Content Cops like Hivewatchers I have a split opinion. I tolerate them, but I would prefer to be good without them.
