Last night a friend and I planned out a trip to an abandoned farm house that sits on a quiet country road. He had been to it before and calls it the most amazing time capsule house that he has ever seen! There is just one downfall, the neighbors who live right beside it and directly across the road watch it very closely and several explorers have been caught there.
Our plan was to walk for about 30 minutes down the road to get to it, so there would be no sign of anyone being there. We set out at 10pm and to our surprise the neighbor across the street had what looked like a family gathering with half a dozen people on the front porch. That explore was not going to happen! So we figured out another location that was semi close. An old farmhouse that was a half hour walk from the first. This one was also a dud, sealed up tight with no access. So again we figured out another location that was in the same general location as our starting point and finally had some success!
This 1940's house is a gem that I had been to while it was still completely untouched. Now a couple of years later it is anything but untouched which I figured would be interesting to see. The last owner left in 2019 and it has since been bought by a development company. It will soon be demolished and replaced with townhouses.

Vandalism and damage was light but decay and mold was heavy! Making it a neat explore at the end of a night that saw us put in 50k on the step counter and not get home until 3am.
