Not much to talk about. Just another day. My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2026
You know its a slow day when the best image I have of the day is my dog munching on grass. Really. It makes him sick but he loves munching it.
He also loves gobbling up goose poop. Stop gross. Then again he also loves chasing and barking at geese which makes images like this one kind of a challenge.
He is either going to chase the geese or eat their droppings or both. (Sigh)
As for my steps today? Over 10K so that's good. My exercise? Well, it is not a workout day so I walked the dog morning and evening. Then went for an evening walk to chat with my son and get some exercise.
As for my wife? She will be happy that they finally trimmed a tree that has been eating up the sidewalk.
And unhappy that a cabinet / rabbit hutch that we are giving away for free didn't get picked up as someone has said they would.
However, she is off for the weekend having a girls trip with friends so she isn't home to see it.
And as dull as it may be? I'm getting steps. I'm enjoying my food. I'm cleaning my home. I'm spending time with my sons.
Overall a good day even if not the most exciting one.
