Longest day of the year. My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2026
Today I had to get up really early in the morning to walk the dog. 545am it was bright already and I knew I had to go to work early as well.
So I got up. Walked the dog. Woke up my son who is supposed to walk the dog and then headed to work for 8 am.
Work was busy. Go go go for the first 5 hours. I was kind of hoping that my last day in the pharmacy would be quiet but I didn't get my wish.
Will it actually be my last day at work? Hard to say. However my boss is back from holiday and back at work on Monday. Our pharmacy graduate finds out if she passes her license exam next week and if she does? Then I become an extra in the pharmacy. Not really required.
Anyways after work I was really tired and just had a nap. I know I'm getting old when a day at work tires me out. An unfortunate part of getting older but after a 30 minute nap it was time to walk the dog
Again.
As you can see from the main image I got to see a nice little rainbow on the fountain in the park. The dog seemed to enjoy the walk but he was most interested in seeing the cat on the fence near our home. After seeing the cat he kept looking for a way over the fence to chase it.
He kept pulling and looking then pulling them looking some more.
Kind of annoying but then again nice to see the dog enjoying something .
And that's how I got me 12k steps.
