Quick writeup before work. My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2024
This isn't going to be a stellar report :( A day late and a dollar short is the phrase that comes to mind
Yesterday I did walk the dog in the morning and evening. However, the rest of the day was spent at work. When I got home from work I had guests, chores, and generally was tired from work.
Writing for Actifit was going to happen. Except I got a late night phone call from my oldest son who just wanted to talk.
After the talk it was too late and time for bed.
So, I add one photo from my evening walk as it was quite pretty when I was walking in the evening.
A walk after work is a great way to give the dog some exercise and clear my head of the worries of the day from work.
Overall not a bad day.
Not one that led itself to getting a huge step count...Or even an on time Actifit post.
However, sometimes its just better late than never.
Until tomorrow
That's it for today
