Yey my fight against mental problems is still kicking my ass. Day 3 of this month commitment was all about rope jumping. The video is just a small tiny part of the 100 in a row jumps i managed to perform. To be honest i feel awsome i cannot wait to discover some new fitness form i will do tomorrow.
Saturday i already booked a hill challange with my favourite hiking group so with 20 something km of walking i can cross easily the day as red in the calendar. Sunday is a mistery still :)
