Hello Hello to all Hivians, Hivers and indeed any bird lovers that are reading this.
Some of my favourite posts to write on Hive are the feathered friends posts, especially as the rewards go to buying their food in the park.
Today though we aren't at the park..
Oh fluff no, we are at my local beach which is about a fifteen minute walk or so.
What a cracker of a day! This is mid October!
We had picked up something to eat from the burger van and were sitting down to eat it.
Somebody had noticed and was inching himself ever closer!
No food
As we were going for a walk, I didn't bring any food for the birds.
Feeling sorry for the weeman, I broke some of the bread and black pudding into the grass.
Sure enough he came and ate it!
Then it was back to his perch for a fashion shoot.
He proceeded to show me his best side.
I still am never a 100% sure about identifying ravens over crows and vice versa.
Rooks and jackdaws are easy enough to tell apart.
But I am pretty sure he is a carrion crow.
He was also more bold than his companion!
Who kept a safe distance!

Hehehe who remembers Right Said Fred's "I'm Too Sexy"
That was a tricky choice to make and a process of elimination.
I think I captured the best catwalk shot from this wee black model!
