Hello Hello people

You might notice my profile picture is a swan and a female mallard duck. The large white bird is a mute swan and that was taken at my local park. The pond where these photos are taken is only a 8 minute walk away.

Whenever I have some spare time I will walk up with my phone or camera and take pictures while I feed them.

Do you see the little brown pellets in the water?

They are swan and duck food pellets, that I get from Amazon with post rewards from Hive. How fluffing cool is that?

We live on the coast so are inundated with seagulls. To be honest they are are a pest, they attack you, rip up garbage sacks and eat the small chicks of others. Yes I get nature can be cruel.

Theyare protected here, so you have to grin and bear it.#

Well I do enjoy it when the swans flex their muscles and shoo the seagulls away, they are more tolerant with the ducks and other water fowl.

Do you see the wee bird with the white beak that is a coot and generally the swans let them eat in peace!

Tomorrow I will be going up to see the latest batch of cygnets and see how fast they are growing up!

Have a great day people!
