This is lowkey scary. I’ve watched way too many crime films and documentaries about things like this, so my mind would immediately start assuming someone’s watching me and finding it funny to see me panic.

As for my phone, I’ve turned off calls from unknown numbers, so I basically don’t get them. I only see that I’ve missed a call when I open the Phone app. It gives me some peace of mind.
